Leroy has been working with Youths for over 17 years. He has served as a Youth Leader at both local and Parish level and is currently the National Youth Director for the Church of God of Prophecy, Jamaica. He is a Minister of Religion, founder and Managing Director of Operation Youth Reap, Evangelist, Mentor and Youth Speaker who travels extensively to fulfil his international mandate in the Caribbean, North & South America and Africa. He studied at the Jamaica Theological Seminary and is a graduate of the International Purpose Driven Youth Ministry. Leroy loves spending time with his beautiful wife Ann- Monique and daughters Renoya and Paris. He has a passion to see this generation transformed.
